We provide catering for both public events and private parties.
We have the facilities to cater from 100 to 1,000 people.
We have two fully equipped catering trailers and four Parsons Nose marquees.

All our meats are sourced from our own free range livestock. We farm with traditional methods feeding our animals on natural foods free from chemical additives, animal by-products or routine antibiotics. As a result our animals grow more slowly giving a distinct taste and flavour to our meat.

Hog Roasts

We can supply whole pigs, Herefordshire Beef, Lamb or Venison the meat is slowly spit roasted, ensuring we get that much sort after crispy crackling. Served in a freshly baked partisan bread roll, a choice of white, brown, or granary, available with herb stuffing, homemade apple sauce with a choice of salads. Prices start from £6.00 per head, minimum 100 people. As our price per head increases our minimum number decreases.

Roasted Mediterranean vegetable couscous. Couscous, peppers, tomatoes.

We can supply freshly baked partisan bread roll, a choice of white, brown, or granary and offer a large salad selection. We also supply gluten free sausages. Specially prepared kebabs, marinated meats, Hereford beef burgers, Wild Black Boar steaks or burgers and sausages from our award winning list and I am sure you will enjoy the taste and flavours of our farm reared meats. A selection of salads are also available.

We also cater for vegetarians and have a menu on request.

We serve in traditional aprons, or chefs checks, with a cheery smile and take care of all the roasting or barbecuing for you. Or alternatively, if you would like to do this yourself we can supply everything prepared and all the equipment and advice you need.
