You will be able to speak to Jane, our wonderful farm secretary, who will answer any questions you may have!

Your order will be prepared by us freshly the day before you receive it.  It will then be chilled and packaged in an insulated Polly box with ice mats and dispatched the same day last thing, by overnight delivery.
All our products are freshly prepared and therefore suitable for home freezing.

12 service by noon the next working day £12.50 per parcel up to 30kg
24 hour service £10.50 (will deliver before 12 mid day) per parcel up to 30kg
48 hour service £8.50 per parcel up to 30kg

The Parsons Nose Sausages

The finest handmade specialty sausages made on the farm using our own free range meat. Made from only the best cuts of meat and the freshest of ingredients, expertly seasoned and hand linked, in natural skins.  Approx 5-6 sausages to 500g.  Freshly made and suitable for home freezing.

Once you have placed you order at the farm by phone, you will be given
the total to pay and asked to do so via pay pal, just click on the link
