You'd better be hungry to eat a Parsons Nose burger, at 8oz they pack in a hearty meal. Our burgers are made with 100% 21 day age beef from our Hereford and Dexter herds. Our beef cattle are slowly reared and grass-fed on Monmouthshire pastures, which are some of the richest in the world! Historic breeds  have a distinctive flavour and taste like beef used to, making for a more flavoursome burger than commercially produced beef.
