Burgers, diced and minced meat 

All our burgers are made with lean pasture-fed, slow farmed minced meat. Our beef burgers are made with 100%, 21 day age beef Hereford Beef, noted for its distinctive flavour and taste, making for a more flavoursome burger than commercially produced beef. Our boar and venison burgers are sourced locally from the Forest of Dean. Sustaining native wild breeds is something we at The Parsons Nose are very passionate about. We firmly believe that small scale seasonal farming is better for the animals and environment whilst producing tastier meat.
