Do your products contain nuts?


Some of our products may contain traces of nuts.




What if I have a food allergy or intolerance?


The sausages and burgers contain the following allergens: gluten, sulphites ( a compound of salt) and celery. For all other product information and ingredients please email us at parsonsnose@btconnect.com




Do your sausages contain nitrates or sulphates?


Our sauages don't contain any nasties, the ingredients are 90% meat, 4% rusk and 1% seasoning. The seasoning mix contains the following allergens, gluten, sulphite (compound of salt) and celery.




Are your burgers gluten free?


Our burgers contain a trace, approx 0.001 % of gluten. We can make them gluten free is you specially request.




Does you bacon contain nitrate?


Nitrates are a compound of salt,an essential ingredient in the making of bacon. However, we do not add any additional nitrate than is found in the natural compound of salt.




How does your delivery service work and what is the cost?


All orders are freshly made to order. They are sent out nationwide each Thursday to arrive with you on a Friday. The courier provider is dpd. The meat is packaged in re-usuable insulated foil bags with ice packs and will keep chilled for up to 48 hours. There is a flat rate of £6.50 for up to 10 kilos in weight. (Which is alot of meat! So you can always share the order with a friend or neighbour and half the cost.) (We subsidise the cost of delivery. It costs us more than we charge you, but we do this to encourage more people to give us a try!) It is your responsibility to be available to accept the parcel at the time of delivery and make sure it is unpacked and placed in a fridge upon arrival.
