Our great value shoulder of grass fed Ryeland lamb is full of flavour and makes the perfect roasting joint.
Slow-cooked with lots of garlic, rosemary and olive oil, the meat just falls off the bone. Add water and white wine to the roasting tray and cover in foil.
We make all our products fresh to order. Deliveries arrive with customers on Fridays.
