Chuck Roast Joint
From our herd of Herford cattle. Taken from the chuck, where the top of the rib meets the shoulder, this economical joint is often sold diced and used in stews, but it is also great as a joint if you like slow-cooked flavours.
Orders are freshly made for the customer each week. All orders are sent to arrive with customers on a FRIDAY, intime for the weekend. Place your order by Wednesday am to hit the weekly deadline.
All our meat is delivered using an overnight signed for courier service. We selected Dpd courier for their high delivery success rates, they will notify you on the day with their estimated time of arrival and on the whole we have found them to be very good.. Our insulated packaging will fully protect your order for 48 hours from dispatch.
