500g. All our sausages are made from prime cuts of pork reared at The Parsons Nose Farm. The casings are also natural, filled with approximately 98% rare breed pork and approximately 2% seasoning. So altogether these are meatier and more satisfying than most bangers out there. Our sausages contain no preservatives, colouring or additives, so please eat within 5 days or freeze on day of arrival.Most sausages contain E-numbers, emulsifiers, preservatives to extend their shelf life, but this goes against our ethos of natural, clean, healthy 100% grass-fed meat so our sausages are preservative free.
