gives this sausage a juicy, succulent texture.
Handmade sausages made on our farm. Made from only the best cuts of meat from our free-range Large Black herd. With lop ears and a long deep body, the Large Black is one of this country’s oldest pig breeds, its origins can be traced back to the Old English Hog of the 16th and 17th centuries.Made with the freshest of ingredients, expertly seasoned and hand linked, in natural skins. Our sausages are freshly made to order and suitable for home freezing.

All orders are packaged in our eco friendly cartons with frozen ice-gel packs to preserve the temperatures.
Our packaging maintains food at fridge temperature for 48 hours.
