Lamb Loin Chops
Our lamb chops are sourced from our small flock of Ryeland sheep that have been purely grass-fed on lush Monmouthshire pastures rich in wild grasses, flowers and herbs to produce a rich, full flavour.
We like to marinate ours in garlic, olive oil, fresh rosemary and the juice of a lemon, and then bake in the oven for up to twenty minutes.
We believe strongly that small-scale farming is better for the farmer, the animal, the local ecology, and for you, producing exceptionally tasting, ethically reared meat thatyou can trust completely.
We make all our products fresh to order. Deliveries arrive with customers on Fridays.
Order anytime up to Wednesday 12pm, for a delivery the coming Friday.
