Our dry-aged whole leg of lamb is hand-trimmed and comes
from our flock of grass fed Ryeland lamb.
We believe strongly that small-scale farming is better for the animal, the local ecology, and for you, producing exceptionally tasting, ethically reared meat that tastes like meat used to.
All our products are fresh to order. Deliveries arrive with customers on Fridays.
