Legend has it the Welsh Oggie was first served to the 12th century builders of St David’s Cathedral, 600 years before the Cornish pasty appeared. Our version uses Hereford beef mince chuck steak in gravy with leeks, parsnips and potatoes, wrapped in a hot crust pastry shell. A hearty meal our Welsh Oggie is officially Desperate Dan size!
