All orders are packaged in our eco friendly cartons with frozen ice-gel packs to preserve the temperatures. Our packaging maintains food at fridge temperature for 48 hours.
You will receive your order within 2-5 working days. England, Wales and Scotland (excl. Scottish Highlands, Channel Islands, Isle of Wight and Isle of Man)
Flat rate charge £6.50
You will be notified by email the day your order is shipped. We use a third party courier and delays can happen. If your order is for an event such as a birthday, a party or a wedding we would always recommend allowing a day or so leeway, just in case.
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact our customer care team at email@example.com or by telephone on 01600 740441 between 08:00 and 17:00, Monday to Friday. As we try to process orders immediately, it may not always be possible to prevent an order from being dispatched.
If we receive notice of your cancellation in time we will cancel the order and we will not debit your card. However, if your order has already been dispatched, it is too late for The Parsons Nose to offer you a refund and you will be obliged to pay for the products.
Returns and Refunds
We do not accept returns.
Refunds can be made in the case of faulty products. Evidence of faulty goods must be supplied and where appropriate we will ask for items to be returned for inspection.
None of the above terms affects your statutory rights if goods are damaged or incorrectly supplied nor does it affect your rights under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations.
